Neon Engine part on eclipse ? flipped around?

I had talked to a guy once who had a non turbo eclipse around the same year and when hje was giving me adivce he said something about a part built for the doge neon engine...thats just like the one on mine except its flipped over or reversed and it make the enginer run better... said it was like a fix that should be done i figured it was something with the engine intake or something. any ideas?

I'm assuming it is the intake manifold. Yes it is flipped around it is in the front of the engine. I'm not aware of it makeing your car faster or run better. I dont even think it will fit.

Dunno really if it helps he said it was some cheap 50$ part that was backwards on the eclipse but they had made a fix for it on the neon or something to that effect. not sure just sounded like worth a see if anyone else knew....also anyone wanna help me figure out how to post pics...i used to do this back in the day on a korn bbs dunno if its the same.
