Vtec Soleniods?

Just wondering, I picked up a B16 vtec head and I need to get a Soleniod. I was told D16 ones would work? or do I need to get one from a B series? will a GSR one fit or only B16?

Most D series will work, I know one of the newer D's won't but 99% of the ones before 00 will, excpet that one.

That's exactly what my buddy is using on his B18C5 :)
