99 explorer stalling when driving and stopping

I have had some trouble starting my explorer when it is cold and now it is starting to stall when coming to a stop. Tuned up, new gas filter. I would appreciate any help in this matter. About a month ago I was getting a Check engine light and it turned out to be a Mass Air flow sensor, could this be the problem?????

Start with spraying carb cleaner on the throttle body valve, both sides....I clean it twice a year.

Could be the MAF sensor, or a vacum line thats fallen off. Check for vacum leaks and are you getting any check engine lights?
