help: lots of vacuum, really rich

So I've got a new toy: a JR supercharged b16a. Problem being, I'm scared to push it as it stands. According to my AF gauge, its running super rich through out the powerband, I mean that thing is drillled against the maximum richness. Also, my boost gauge is reading around 20 psi vacuum at idle and not until I get up toward the 4000 rpm mark do I really make it past 0 psi.
BTW, I'm running a holley fuel pump, a JR FPR (10:1 I think?), and have done no A/F tuning, let alone have a way of controlling my A/F ratios as of yet. I have an AEM 1:1 FPR and dsm 450cc injectors at my disposaland I'm supposed to be hitting 9 psi with my pulleys from what JR says
My questions are:
1) Do my boost levels seem even remotely reasonable for a correct set-up?
2) Should I worry about how lean I'm running until I can get a cheap-o VAFC or something like that? Will the injectors or the FPR help that? (seems like the injectors alone would just make things worse, and I've heard that lower fuel pressure = higher fuel delivery... so I was worried about that)
3) Do you think this engine set-up seems stable enough that I could push it from time to time and stay daily drivable (as it stands I've never brought it within 1000 rpms of redline and have never gone beyond about 3/4 throttle)?
