Newbi Looking for parts....

Hello all, I'm the proud new owner of an 03 Frontier CC SVE. Luv the truck but can do without the so called dealer. I just picked this baby up last week but it was missing the fender flare bolt caps. I think that's what they are called. You know the ones that are triangle shaped with bolt heads molded on to them and they cover the real bolts that actually attach the flare to the fender. Anyways, dealer says they are on back order and can take up to a year to get in!! Like i want to wait for something that may or may not come in and if they did what are the chances of the dealer ACTUALLY calling to let me know...Anyways, i believe the part number is 63848-9Z572. I got this from another local dealer who had them but in white and not in the glossy black that i need. Worst case is i get them in white then try to match the glossy black paint. If anyone knows where i might order these parts and what they're actually called I would GREATLY appreciate the infor. My truck just doesn't seem complete without them
