My 90 olds cutless siera get hot and will stop if I slow down. I put it in nuetral and this will help, then it will not start. I have to turn on the heater and that will help sometimes. The radiator always has fluid and so does the resivor. It gets hot but the radiator doesn't come when it happens. I had the fuel pump replaced, fuel filter, fan switch, water pump, fuel injectors cleaned, a tune up and oil change. Please I need any suggestions. It has 93,000.

When's the last time you replaced the thermostat? You say that it stays cool when you are moving, that could be from the air moving around the engine.

I replaced it last year in sometime in September.

Thermostat if not recently replaced, or it is a air bubble which you need to get removed if coolant goes into the reserve tank.

I have changed the themostat. I noticed that it is happening more and more so I replaced the computer and chip. I really don't want to get another car because I can't afford one. I really don't want to take it to the dealers because I need my body parts
