totally shitty, some lady cut out in front of me and i t boned her goin 50 MPH over 8k into my car and im pretty sure im fucked out of it all cuz she had no drivers license and no insurance, the car wasnt even hers........sorry to complain i just had to vent im just kinda pissed about it all i dunno what i can do.........

yeah im fine just a little busted up.......thanks man i hope everything works out too dont really know what my options are at this point but hopefully everything comes together, hopefully i can save some parts off the car and just kinda part some things out

The reason why u have auto liability insurance is to protect u from gettin sued when u get in an accident.

I must agree with this one... and you may be ok now, but major back injuries don't usually show up right away... and as for all the money you put into your car, suing the woman will be about the only way to see any of it come back to you. Even if you got full insurance coverage on your car, your insurance company will usually suggest suing someone in a situation like this.
With a good lawyer, you can OWN that woman and not pay a penny (force her into paying your lawyer bills in the lawsuit). And even if she doesn't have the money to pay... the judge would force her into some form of compensation, and sieze whatever's needed to cover the cost, from her or her immediate family.

Yeah it does seem like this has been happening all to often for us 4g'ers...hopefully everything works out and that there aren't any big problems in the future.
