This is my Castrol Supra that i made into a street car, i finished it a while ago, and im just now getting around to posting it. its Model Master metallic black

The paint looks a tad dull? May be just the environment. The intercooler could use some work too.

Otherwise it looks pretty good.

Thats one big F****** intercooler!!! I love it!! Must have like 4turbos on the iforce v8? Looks awesome, nice suptle look.....the bogey man of street racers, perhaps?

The real Castrol Supra has the 3S-GTE from the 2nd gen. MR2.

On the intercooler, the 1:1 has a cooler mounted flat above the big duct in the nose, with the radiator mounted vertically at its trailing edge, about 12" further back from where your cooler comes across the nose.
Basically, you can't see the intercooler on the 1:1 and its nowhere near that big. Just thought I'd chuck that in since a few people commented on it.
Still looks cool, and in real life the forward position would probably be better in a street car, not to mention if it was 2JZ 6cyl powered, not 3sgte, the stuff couldn't be mounted where the race car one is anyway.

i have one thing to say about the intercooler, i like it, and who cares if its not real, cuz lets see its not real its a model, ha imagine that, and for u who went into all the detail about it, u need a girlfriend, its just a model have fun with it.

They use the 3s-GTE for a few reasons. Its light, has a low center of gravity, can make amazing amounts of power, and it fits the displacement restrictions for the JGTC rules.
