97-99 headlight conversion

I was wondering what changes need to be done to swap 97-99 headlights onto a 95-96 eclipse. From what i know, im pretty sure that i will just need a new bumper (97-99). Is this correct? or will i also have to get new fenders and hood. And also is a direct bolt up? Will it be the same connections to the new headlights as it was to the old ones?
