I havent heard of anyone doing dual mufflers, but I have seen a few people that are going to do what I want to do.
Go down to a muffler shop near you and find a V8 Camaro muffler. Dynomax and a few others make the ones Im talking about. Ask for a single 2 1/4" inlet and dual outlets. Thats all ya really have room for. If you have a 91 or older then you are also able to pull off your Catalytic Convertor. This makes a huge difference. I did it to mine. Throw in a piece of pipe and because the only sensor you have is on your manifold, it wont set an engine code.
Let me know if that works for ya. I did the convertor, but havent made it down for the muffler yet.

94 lss. I had a high flow cat, single input/ dual output muffler, and 2 chrome tips installed. Better sound, looks, and HP!!!! I love it!!!
