Locking differential for 2000 Prerunner?

My truck came with the TRD package, but the 4cyl 2.7L model does not get the Electric locker. Does anyone make a locker that will work with my rear end? I like ARB and would like to have this since I like an open diff. on the street and rarely need full traction. I don't see why the 4cyl couldn't have the electric locker as well. Different rear ends I suppose. Sorry for the all questions... just new to the Toyota world. Used to be nothing but MOPAR.

You can get the ARB for your application and then you will have on-board air as well.
