I own a 99 2500 suburban. When I am going slow and turning to the left I hear a grinding noise coming from my left wheel area. I do not notice it when I turn to the right. I am pretty sure my tires are not rubbing anywhere since I run 245's. Could this possibly be my suspension?

Also check the brakes -- you may have a worn pad on a sticking caliper holding the pad just far enough away from the rotor that it doesn't really engage, but does in a turn.
