hey guys i have a question. I know that they dont make a 40 series flowmaster for a 97 blazer, but ive seen the newer style blazers WITH a flowmaster exaust. I know they have to be ghetto-rigged... and custom fitted, but have any of you actually had/seen this done? Where could i get them done? Help me out if you know ANYTHING bout the flowmasters and blazers.. Thanks!

They do infact make one that will fit... Ask for 2-1/4 inlet left offset...

I have a 92 4.3, we took 2.25 from the manifolds, into a flowmaster y pipe 2, 2.25 into a 3". and into a 3" flowmaster 50 series and 3" out the back. Sounded great at an idle, after about 2500rmp it had a god awful blathering sound caused by not enough back pressure. Though i felt a performance increase at lower rpm's, my wife made me change the muffler to something that was a little less bothersome at freeway speeds.

my 91 has a flowmaster on it. I believe its a 2.25 left offset. It has the factory pipe from the outlet to the tailpipe. it sound great at higher RPM and produces more takeoff power!
