Will the stroker kit lover my redline????

Hey,
I was wondering i just got my head redone with titanium valves,valve springs and retainers.. So i just got the stroker kit, but it hasn't been placed in yet but i have the question that will it lower my red line and if it does how much and how do i find out without blowing my motor????? Please no dumbass like jcrx, i am just asking a real question here and need an answer thanks.....

JCRX i saw in one of ur previous posts in one of those pointless threads. that u are currently serving in the millitary, just wanted to say i have alot of respect for u and never take wat ur doing for granted. hopefully i will be joing the marines in a few months or so.
