Anyone know who sells a good Turbo Manafold. I have a o2 sensor that has rusted and welded itself in the manafold( sitting up 2yrs) and I took this as a SIGN FROM THE HEAVENS ABOVE to put a turbo manafold on. Are they worth the money .

I really have no idea...
But for the pacesetter header (the black painted ones) the paint burns off and then the header rusts. Dunno if it is the same for the manifold.

I'm not clear on what you're saying. Turbochargers don't have manifolds, but turbo cars have different exhaust manifolds that you would call a 'turbo exhaust manifold'.
In that case, stock one will actually get you pretty far with porting, but you could get an EVOIII...

noo turbo cars have manafold, almost every stock car n/a or turbo has manafolds. It just n/a motors upgrade to headers, and turbo cars upgrade to a TurboManafolds.

I think you are a bit mistaken. The exhaust ports on every automobile have a manifold. The manifold in this situation combines 4 to 1, then bolts onto the turbocharger.
Upgraded manifolds for N/A cars are called headers, you are right. However, the stock manifold for that car is also a 'header' however, no manufacturer would call their manifold a header. Header and exhaust manifold to me are the same.
What turbo cars 'upgrade' to is not called a turbo manifold. It's just going to be a more free-flowing exhaust manifold. You will buy an EVOIII exhaust manifold, a <company> exhaust manifold and so on.

o2 housing. there's stock, evoIII, and tubular in that order of performance.

Cheap tubular 160
EVOIII 190
Buschur tubular 225
For garrett turbos its higher, 285-425.
You can find them cheaper, thats just a high average. Used way cheaper.
I'd get stock or EVOIII, and port them both if you are going to be flowing any serious numbers.

Joe what you think about these, whice one,im going to start porting the manafold or get the evo3 manafold later but not know, should i just got with evo3 and when i get the evo3 manafold get them ported together.whats the wastgate dump ,

How much power do you think you'll be making? A ported stock o2 housing will do fine for a 16g turbo and similar, but if you think that you are going to need more, I'd get a tubular one. Depending on whether you get an internal or external wastegate for your turbo, you will want the o2 sensor housing to match.

I was thinking about just getting the evo3 b/c its cheaper than the ported 2g and when i start porting i can port more than the ported 2g

no the part that the o2 sensor srews into, the o2 housing

Yeah, but you have to realize that the exhaust manIfold bolts to the turbo, and the turbo bolts to the o2 sensor housing, then comes the downpipe.
It's between the turbo and the downpipe.

I have a 93 talon tsi, so if I got the pacesetter headers, then would I have to switch to a external wastegate, or relocate my o2 sensor?

you won't buy pacesetter headers for a tsi... cause it's turbo. You don't have headers. you have a manifold. it seems to get confused very easily. the O2 sensor goes into the housing, not the manifold (if I remember correctly) so you wouldn't have to relocate it, and an external wastegate isn't really needed for anything unless you're running some bookoo boost.
