Okay I have a question. I was wondering, if I re-route my air intake hose to the grill and then use the whole grill as an intake, and somewhere there put a fan. Would that be about like a turbo? I don't know. I'm 15 and really bored. Would that work? Or do I need to do something else. HELP!

You are talking about a ram air effect, which is an old performance trick. It works, but is no substitute for a turbo, as you must be doing very high speeds to duplicate the 7-10 psi of boost you get with a turbo. Also, it does not work well for carburetors unless the ehtire carb is pressurized. Its better for EFI.

is there a way that I could reproduce that 7-10 psi effect that you talked about

Yep, if you go around 1100 km/h and the intake of your car can reduce the air speed closer to zero then you can get 7 psi or so.
