Right this is the situation...
I placed a order last night for a number of kits and mags. when the confirmation email arrived double the number of items ordered appeared, ie. if id ordered 1 kit then the email listed 2 of the same kit.
After logging into my acount this was comfirmed so i canceled every second item. This was again comfirmed by email.
This evening ive logged in too force ship some of the instock items, but when i got there the cupboard was bare. There was nothing in the current orders or shipped items !!!
Anyone have a clue wants going on? because i dont!
little dubious as weather to reorder the items
ive emailed hobbylink, going to see what they have to say. has anyone else had a similar problem?
and while im on the subject doesnt it tick you right off when you make the purchase and the item is instock then you get comfirmation and its backorder LOL :banghead:

YES I was SO pissed off when that happened. I purposely ordered stuff that was all in stock, and when I got the confirmation, all but 1 thing was backordered, though they were all still listed as In Stock on the website for another week!

When some items are backordered, does hobbylink ship the stuff that's not backordered? Or do they give you a chance to cancel the whole order?
Good luck with your problem. They seem to be responsive if you send an email.

Hello-
Thank you for writing. You unfortunately submitted the same order twice
on March 11, at 3:50:49 and 3:50:51 Japan time. This can happen if you
click the "submit" button more than once.
Later on March 11 the quantity of all items in your order was lowered to
zero through the Account Maintenance system, so your order was cancelled.
You are certainly welcome to place a new order, using our web site at
http://www.hlj.com. We appreciate your business with us!
moral of the story is dont click the button twice.
still doesnt explain why if i reduced the number of items to 1, how did this cancel the order !?!?!? :uhoh:
