WTF. Has anyone had this message when uploading photos?

I get this message when I try to upload photos. Anyone else have this problem? What does this mean? I would like to upload some photos. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

cant say i've had that one but is your alloted space maxed? that may be the problem. sorry i can't really help you more than that :|

Nope....I actually deleted all my photos so I have no pics in my gallery at this time.

YEP...THEN IT LOCKS UP MY COMPUTER !!

Use somewhere else to load your pics from
