Just put a Herculiner bedliner in my 2001 Silverado for about $100 and it looks great! Also tough as nails. Would definitely recommend it to anyone willing to put one on.

How long did it take you to put in?

Also how many quarts or gallons did it take you, and how big is your bed (short or long). Thanks

About six hours total. Prep took most of the time and there was about a two hour wait between coats. Time between coats could have been as short as one hour, but temp was slightly cool that day. I have a short bed and it took slightly less than one gallon.

Do you have any pics of it. I have heard nothing but bad reports about this product. Its good to hear that someone has had luck with it. I have been wanting to try it but like I said no one had anything good to say about it. Anyway good job!

Sorry, no pics. But it looks nearly as good as a spray-on. This product can be spray-applied as well if you have the proper equipment. I have done a great deal of painting in the past and that is probably one reason it seemed simple to me.

I put that junk on my 96 pickup, and 1 year later, I had rubbed about four holes in it and 4 years later, I was lucky to have any bedliner in it. The stuff is really thin and not durable. I would recommend it to someone who doesn't carry things in the pickup bed though. If you get a bedliner, and I wouldn't own a truck without one, cough up the 400 bucks for a rhino or a line x. It is so worth the money.

Sorry to hear that you had problems, but the product that I put in my truck was far from "junk". It can be as thick as you want it, and has stood up very well to abuse.
