91 Park Ave Trunk Pull Down

I Seem To Be Having Trouble With My Trunk Pull Down On My P.a. It Was Working Fine Up Until Now, It Seems The Latch Pull Down Part Is Not Coming Up To Catch The Hook On The Trunk. Is There A Fuse That Might Need To Be Replaced(my Fuse Box Cover Is Missing So I Don't Know Which Fuse To Check. Any Other Suggestions Would Be Helpful And Appreciated!!

i have the same problem...my horn also doesnt work im not sure what it is...i think the wiring just got messed up or something i tried replacing the actuator and that does not work...there is no power going to the motor so i dont know whatthe problem is...if you figure it i would LOVE to know what you did

opps- might be the fuse or the relay for your horn

rah- the switch attatched to the pull down mechanism is most likely bad. you'll need to replace it, it's about $20 if I'm not mistaken.

Regarding the trunk pull down latch. I have the same problem with my 93 Buick Park Avenue. Did you purchase the switch and replace yourself or take it to a shop? If you did yourself, can you tell me where to purchase one and where I can find instructions? Thanks in advance.
