Energy Suspension Insert review

MM=Motor Mount(s)

First, I have a 94 del sol Si. The only engine mods are a AEM CAI. headers and exhaust is coming later.
ok I started this project around 1030AM. I put the car on ramps so i could get under it to remove the lower Motor Mounts.
I started with the passenger side lower motor mount.
The nut that goes thru the bushing loosened very easily. i then loosened the MM bracket which came out easily. I also removed the 3 big bolts on the tranny just to make it easier. I put the inserts in and put everything back together. took me about 15min-1/2 hr.
Started on the drivers side MM with the nut that goes thru the bushing. didn't budge. kept trying and then the whole bushing rip apart. on the otherside of the bushing, it screws into the A/C bracket. that came out with the whole bushing assembly. well after trying to get the nut off the bolt for an hour off i gave up and put the bushings on the hard way then put it all back together again. took 2-3 hours
Now for the hard part, the back MM.
The scars on my hand tell the story themselves. The bushing is very hard to get out if u don't take the bracket off that bolts to the engine. The 3 bolts that hold the bracket onto the engine wouldn't budge. so to get a clear view of the 3 bolts that hold the bushing mount to the chassis i had to remove the inlet that flows coolant into the cabin and makes heat when u turn the temp control to hot. I lost alot of coolant but remembered to fill it back up when i was done.
i then took my jack and lifted the engine as much as it would go and tried to pull the bushing assembly out but it wouldn't come out. so i just squezzed the inserts into the bushings and then pried the MM back onto the bracket. bolted it back up again and cleaned up the mess. another 1-2hrs
Ok now my pros and cons:
Pros:
the engine doesn't move back and forth when reving it so the power goes to the wheels when driving it hard. secone gear chirp is better :)
Con:
the engine shakes when at idle but not very noticable when driving it thru the RPM range.
I would recommend this to anyone thats serious about there engine and keeping the power to the wheels.
I hope I made this review as clear as possible. Any questions??
