I put some cool blue headlights in my car. They look nice but I had to take out my clearance lights cause it made them look piss-stain yellow (I know the color well--j/k) in comparison.

Then I put some "blue" lights in them and it looked like someone took a turquoise shit in my clearance housing!:dogpile:

Does anyone have cool blue (or something close that looks nice) bulbs in their clearance lights? If not I'll just get some superwhites in there (any recomendations?)

N E Input is appreciated!:)

Swonder67---You told me so!:finger:

I asked you if they would "look blue" and "shine into my headlight housing". You said they would be "BLUE". I DIDN'T TAKE YOU LITERALLY! It looked like I had some old school blue Christmas bulbs in my clearance lights!
:hehe: :hehe: :biggrin2:

I didn't wanna buy some off the net b/c they look the same(painted/tinted blue). As for the sylvania's, I think they look nice, especially in the snow!!!

Should I just go w/ hyperwhites in the clearance???

Peace!:finger:

I think i told you that the cheap pep boys ones would look more green than blue. :) The clearence bulbs lights reallt flood into the entire headlight housing, doesn't it? Is there a shop near you that sels "Polar G" bulbs? They are pretty nice, but usually 10 bucks a pair.

Open your hood and just reach your hand behind the headlight housing, and look for the harness. Twist and pull.

And on your passenger side you'll wanna remove your windshield washer spout by pulling it up and towards battery (at least on my 2000 P!!), pop it off and then you have easy access to harness.

DOH!!!

I just snipped the wires and extended them to reach right under the bumper where i threw on some ghetto fog lights that had ridiculously bright bulbs.
