yes i got a bike

yay i got a bike. but it is probaly not what you all expect. it is a mini bike with a four horsepower briggs and straton. i brought the frame off a friend it needed a new handle bar and a engine. so i bought a engine at work for 200 and bolted a bar off a bike onto it. it goes pretty good. i am having a lil trouble with the chain but other than that it is awesome. i only paid a bout 300 all together. but i thought it would be good so i could kinda get a small idea how a bike handles. i wrecked it twice already but nothin to serious.anyway i will post pics tomorrow to show you all so you can see what you think. anyway you all have a good day sorry for the long post and it is probably in the wrong board. hey i like you guys better what can i say :biggrin:

this thing is scary to ride. first it doesnt have any breaks and the handling is no that good. i have all ready gone down twice on it with just minor scrapes. today i rode it all round town. it was way fun except for not having brakes. i had my girlfriend test out my speed and it got up to a bout 31 mph adn i was still going. yyyaaaaay

Ummm......no brakes????

Well have fun with that. I guess you could cary a stick and drag it.

If you put on some brakes ill take it around that block....looks fun

hahahahahahaha. sorry, that pic was just funny!! cool idea though! I put a weedeater motor on an old bike one time... to bad all i had was some duct-tape and a few screws and a peace of wood holding the motor on! (it worked for about 4 mins) but hey, cool none-the-less!

putting the brake on to tomorrow. took it out in the hills. it was a blast. i want to figure out how to make it go faster. i think i want to try different gears. i forgot to have someone take more pics. i will try to have someone take some of me tomorrow, if i remember. later
