Skyline Breaking

I was wondering if is possible to use a skylines break setup after doing the 5 lug conversion. if not then what is the best way to go for a big break kit...dont want the breaks to look small insides some 18" (HRE 540)

haha, sorry to nitpick, but don't you mean skyline "braking". i looked at this thinkin it was about some nut who wanted to break their skyline or somethin.
