I've done an exhaustive search for a great wireless or direct wired RD and came up with very little info on AF.

It may just be my lack of technical know-how speaking, but I'm afraid I totally don't understand your post... Maybe if you rephrase it, we could help you out! :)

I am trying to find the best wireless radar detector since I donot want a cord from thedash or visor tothe lighter.

Any thoughts or are those battery operated ones not very good?
