fan won't stop

hi, i have a 1990 transport se. yesterday i noticed that after i had shut the van off, the radiator fan wouldn't stop. we ended up pulling a fuse to get it to stop. it did it againt today and i'm wondering what i can do to fix the problem, thanks in advance for any help. :grinno:

try tapping on the relay they've been known to stick.
