Help W/ Wiring Harness

I am going to swap a 1990 5.0 in to a 1994 3.8. Mustang.
What I need to know is what wiring harness can I use?
I may possibly be getting a "94" computer and can make an offer on a "91" harness!
I think I read somewhere that Ford change form a 60 pin to something else like 120 pin connector!
Can any one help me out ?
