Brand new 2002 - Buy or No?

My local dealer got a car that was apparently forgotten about on the factory lot. It's a 2002 with 6 miles on it (ie. never driven) and it's going for about 2/3 the price of a 2004. It's clearly been sitting outside (some rust on the chassis) but it's covered by the full warranty that applies to all new cars.
Now, on the one hand, I've heard that letting a car sit is the worst thing for it. OTOH, a bumper to bumper 3 year warranty will fix whatever might go wrong. Just wondering what folks around here think? Good deal, or don't touch it?
Thanks,
BA

the only thing affected by removing the stock deck is the door chimes. you might hear otherwise but dont believe any of it
