Progrmng Remote for 99 323ic

Anybody know how to reprogram a keyless entry remote for this car. I just bought the car but it only came with one FOB so I bought another that I need to program. All suggestions appreciated. Thx.

Also the car is an E46 and the remote is 2 button.

It should not be a keyfob, it should be a master key? Close all doors, place known good key in ign in accesory position, remove key within five seconds press arrow key, tap roundel key three times, release both together, repeat the key presses for all the keys.
