96 TA Front Speaker

My passenger front speaker "fries" so I took it out. I was going to replace it but it is $60 from the dealer. I was thinking about just buying aftermarket to replace them but they have a sort of circuit board that they connect too. So what is that? Will some aftermarket ones sound ok in there? Also, what would someone suggest to replace them with?

you cut the clip off that connects to the stock speaker and find the positive and negative wires and just hook them up to the aftermarket, but dont just change 1 change both or even better all 4

So I don't have to worry about the little capasitors and crap with that old speaker? It has a Pyle Cd player installed in it anyway. It don't sound to bad for now till I get the other little things all fixed up.
