Fuel injection problem

Guys I have a fuel injection problem with a Camaro V6 1994 that is trying to beat me, but I am hanging in there and perhaps with the help of some of you I may get some leads

I have purchased the car "as is" in an auction of repo cars. After many repairs there is a problem remaining: The mixture is excessively rich to a point that the plugs get fouled in a short time and do not hold idle.
I have verified the function of all information sensors and they are OK, there are no codes, the fuel pressure is to spec, two new oxygen sensors, oxygen sensors grounds are OK, compression is to spec, EGR is OK, PCV is OK. Plugs are new, cables are to spec,,...So does anyone knows what else could be causing this very rich condition????
Your help would be greatly appreciated.!!!!!!!

That is a tough one, and looks like youve covered your bases pretty darn well. sounds like the setting in the computer is off, like it has been programed to use a longer pulse width for the injectors, have you checked to see if it has an aftermarket chip in the ECM??? also, you can have the software ID number read with a tech... hmmm, i dunno if that would be a tech 1 or tech 2 for that year. i think 94 was a semi OBD II system, so you can probly have it read with a tech 2 and find out the software ID number, and compair it to the latest GM release for that vehicle. if someone has dome some "aftermarket" tuning of the software perameters, that could explain why it is running rich, and not thinking anything is wrong. i mean, there are plenty of other causes, such as a clogged air intake path, restricting airflow, causing a rich condition, but it would set a code i beleive, and does it have a K&N filter??? because i have seen people over oil them, and it coats the MAF sensor temp wire, causing poor signal and it richens the mixture, but i have also seen that set codes, however sometimes it dosnt. if that is the case, clean the wire VERY GENTLY with electronic cleaner, the arosol type. and a tissue. then wash the filter, and oil it lightly as per the K&N instructions. and see if that helps. hard to say with an auction car, hope something in there helps.

definately sounds like a main computer issue to me too.
