What do I need to do to get online and play this game on my PS2?
Does it use your computers ISP? Is there only a phone line connection?

in order to play online you need a network adapter, broadband only that connects to your PS2.

yeah but when playing online beware of wussys that just quit the race just because your whooping them. it happens to me like all the time.
