Type-S tranny?

I am swapping from a f22a (93 prelude) to a h22a (JDM 95 Vtec prelude front clip) and the guy i am buying it from has given me an option on a LSD tranny, Type-S tranny or the tranny that came with the engine (h22a). Which one should i choose? And i also heard that there is a 115mph govenor on JDM and 120mph govenor on USDM? Is this true? Any ideas how i can eliminate the govenor? The 95 Vtec front clip comes with everything i require for this swap.
