KA24E vs. KA24DE

I got a 90 240SX wit the sohc. One day while helpin my boy at the garage he works at. in came a 96 240sx frame was totalled but engine still good should i swap this into my 90 is it really worth the time and money?

and b4 anyone asks yes i'm getting the S14 seats for my car.

Its good for 15 Hp and i think about 20 Ft Lbs of torque. Its probably just a good idea because that motor given probably has a lot less miles than your 91. Compression test it first and/or just give it a thorough check. You never know, the people that owned this car before you may have thought a little sand in the motor freed up power lol.
