I have a 96 accord coupe ex that i'm gonna sell. sadly it's an automatic but whatever maybe a girl will want to buy it. it was hit by some stupid old lady but i got a new paint job out of it. it's a custom beamer paint job. (bluish/purplish). it has 83k miles on it. it has perfect interior, BRAND new kohmo tires (15) aem cold air intake and custom flow master exhaust (ha i had strate pipes but got pulled over a few times so i went dumpster hoping and found flowmaster and welded it on there with a friend lol) and it had a bad ass system but that's gone oh well. this thing is in great condition and it's a honda so 83k isn't that much right? right. so how much do you think i could try and get for it?

Go to www.kbb.com to find the actual value of it. Your mods wont raise the value, unfortuantly. But good tires and keeping it in good shape will.

yeah man, I would say 6 or 7 Grand like Gold'n said. but check the Kelly blue book value and that will give you an exact price.

remove all mods you can, bring it back to stock. you will never even come close to making your money back on mods and considering how minor they are, no "enthusiast" is going to clamoring for it. 6k at best (4k as trade), but its unlikely. jm2c

hm i'm not trying to raise the price for those mods i'm not retarded. I have brand new tires and it's just been alligned and i have a "sorta" custom paint job. will the paint job bring it up?

doubt it...but you can always sell it to an idiot and try to convince them that those are selling points. Typically when considering a car price, good condition means it is worth that price. Bad shape devalues it. So good alignment, paint, and tires are assumed in the price, they don't add to it. That is why demonic suggested removing anything you can. Because you wont get your money back on them, and that sucks. You could try and use the paint and stuff as selling features, but don't expect them to make much impact on the price people are willing to pay.
