Intake problems?

I just installed my Bomz intake for my 03 eclipse 2.4, gs. After starting it up, the cars idle was off. After the engine warmed up it was completly fine. Later on that same day, my service engine light came on. I had the codes ran and the code popped up as being something with a cylinder misfire. The car runs fine while driving it. Could the intake have damaged something? Do I need to reset my EMS? I wouldnt think by installing an intake would cause a problem. I plan on reputting the factory intake on and then seeing if the light goes out. If so, I already have an Injen CAI on the way and would put that on. Maybe I just put the thing on wrong. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks!

The SES light wont just turn off you have to either get the code cleared or disconnect the Positive battery connection. This will kill the light unless until the next code.
