Could They?

Does anyone think Mazda could or should bring out a new MX6? I wouldn't mind seeing a coupe based on the new 6. Maybe a low blow Turbo 2.3 or V6? They could even make a MPS Twin Turbo version....Mazda's M3 at half the cost. :)

eh, the 6 is gonna be keeping me happy for a while...yea but i think they should get off their asses and come up with some new engines and add some turbos to live up to their "zoom zoom zoom" campaign

Well if had anything like the performance of the old MX6 then they should leave it be, the old car was nothing special.
However they were prepared to spend some money on it, and actualy make a sports car then they should go for it.
It wouldnt surprise me if they were already working on some thing for the Japanese market.
Problem is Mazda dosnt have a lot of money at the moment, and pretty much at the mercy of owners Ford. Any new MX6 would also have to be suitable to carry the ford badge.
