I hate power windows!

I HATE POWER WINDOWS! My power windows went out! BAH!:banghead:
I know it's goin to rain tmorrow.

tape the windows up with the funny transparent film used for wrapping fruits that got static electricity

I've fixed numerous power window motors in my life, PM me if you want a walkthrough.

Ummmm.... power windows closed are fine. That's why you have humphrey bear. About the only time the window gets opened is to talk to someone outside the car - which doesn't happen very often..

That would have to suck! Power windows are great though when they work! :D

i have a crank for my windows and it sucks for many reasons. the biggest is i can really only open my window cuz i really dont feel like reaching across the seat or into the back to roll down the windows. but yeah, power windows suck when they dont work. my friend has had to replace like 4 different things on his power window.

Check the door. Make sure enough air is getting in, the little gnome inside that operates the window may have died...

actually i kind of do prefer crank windows probably because of there being a less chance of what's happening to your car right now....sure it takes longer and isn't as slick as a power window, but it's more reliable imho...the B12 never had to replace any of the window mechanisms (except for when the driver's side window got smashed in, but that's another story) and my friend's cars would always have problems with the power windows... :rolleyes:

Hehe, I had power windows on my Royal Monaco and I swear they worked perfect until it was going to rain, then they would be stuck in the down position. Sometimes if I pulled up on the glass while hitting the button it would work, but I always was embarrassed when people would be watching me fiddle with my window in the parking lot. I prefer cranks honestly.
