hey all .... we need some good moderator's for the eclipse forum and we need peepz to get this petition going for kevin(95GSXRacer) and jake(eclipseRST). hopefully if enough peepz are willing to have them as mod's then they will be. everyones input is appreciated. :smokin: lets give them all the support we can

i really think 95eclipse racer should be a mod and our handy trusty RST also! and what about JoeWagon? i like his attitude, because its sort of like mine :lol2: :D and he really helps alot in here! and about having mods in our eclipse forum i posted something like this a while back, but nobody reply back :( oh well.

but about me being a mod....THATS SOME SCARY SHIT! but if you vote for me, ill garantee you free alcohol on the weekends ;) and you will choose your bitch that you would like from my bitchin' catogory! and a pair of hand cuffs :naughty: and lets not forget the wet t-shirt contest we have every week! ;) and also for you crackheads, you will get your own pipe :D

damn.... it seems we have 2 more people who have been nominated to be mods as well as Kevin(95GSXRacer) and Jake(EclipseRST).

Kevin is already taken his place as the dsm god(opinion shared by some in the forum) because of all his knowledge and know how. so he was an automatic pick

Jake was also a favored pick because of his great dedication and service to the dsm world(traveling to kansas to fix an eclipse) and his knowledge(specifically into turboing the non turbos)

Chavez408 is one and with the promise of FREE ALCOHOL has started to gain backing.

JoeWagon was one also but so far we haven't heard from him. let us know what your going to do for the eclipse forums JoeWagon.

all of these sound like great picks for mods so start backing your favorites and maybe we will get some decent mods for the eclipse forum if we show enough support.

if you wanna add to anyone qualifications or there needs to be a correction on someones qualifications feel free to do so, post them as well as your support to remove the current(non-existent) mod and replace him with these 4 great guys.

You can PM the mods, but I don't know if it will happen. Twice I've tried to get some replies on a new AF-Eclipse moderator with no success...

One reminder. Moderators don't HAVE to be the most knowledgable people, because their main duty is to keep order. More like Bill Gates' security guard. Doesn't have to know how to run Microsoft, just make sure it doesn't get ruined. :)

For the record, I am online more than 95 GSXracer and EclipseRST (i think), but they both know way more about DSMs.

I agree! I dont have to be a mod to help people out, and I work a crazy schedule. So if someone else is on more than me they may be a better fit. The most important thing is that they have a very professional and constructive attitude. No assclowns as mods.

i am on here usually about 5-8 hrs throughout the day, i love working on a computer at work :icon16: usually morning... noon... and night! and i try to help out as much as possible unless i dont know the answer then just let somone else answer it so i dont give out wrong info or make myself out to be a moron! :p

EclipseRST that's why you fooled me. If you would have posted as much as you're online... you would have more posts than Kevin.

So i'm online enough to read and answer (if necessary) every new post 3 times a day between 3pm-10pm PST if not later. I hit forums after school at 3, then when i'm bored before work.. and again before bed. :)

the reason i dont post a lot is because i try not to be a post whore... not saying that everyone else is, there are just some subjects that i feel that i need not to post on! like how fast will i be... and what hp will i be making if..... questions like that, that are just a waste of time, i am here to help everyone that needs it... if i can... if i cant i dont post unless i know some of the question! thats just the way i am... like you and kevin said, not to be the most knowledgable but to post and keep it in line! and help when help is needed! and thats what i am here for, if i am a Mod, great, if not then i am not goin to die, i will still be here posting day in and day out... if you really want to be a mod, more power to you! and dont take that in a bad way, i wasnt trying to sound like a dick, i just think this forum needs atleast one new moderator if not 2!!!

LOL :) I moderate several forums, and admin one as well. So if Joe and RST take it, I'm certainly fine with that. I have confidence in both of thier abilities. RST has his turbo/NT niche, and Joe has shown an interest in bettering the sites technical content with his table of contents thread and stuff like that.

Thats the stuff we need. ;)

My votes go to rst and joe. Kevin seems to have a handful already and if we ask him to mod this too then we would be taking too much time from him. I also think chavez should be a mod extraordinare of his own picking and choosing only the best candidates to become the eclipse forum girl.
Also, how come whenever a girl posts in the forum we always scare them away. Their threads become 4 pages long with us trying to get their phone number. We gotta find better ways to get some digits.:banghead:

i will start a thread at the "AF in General" section telling them to look at this thread! oh yea even though Joe and RST have my vote i think they wont place both of them as mods, i think they can only do one per section :( im not sure though so dont quote me ;) but if they do! who gets it? joe or RST? but admins!should really read this thread and think hard of their decision and make both of you guys mods because we really need some help on our lil section we have here :D
