97 V6 vs. 97 V6

Me 97 V6 mustang with exhaust and CAI auto. Him 97 V6 mustang with exhaust and K&N filter 5 speed. I have always wanted a race against another mustang that is the same year as mine and tonight I got my wish. So I'm going down the road minding my business and this mustang pulls up beside me and revs at me, he rolls down his window and says go on the third honk BTW were going from about 50 mph, anyway on three we both go and I pull on him by 1/2 a car it stayed this way until about 80mph thats when we both shut down.

Good kill. It sounds like you reacted faster, hence the half car lead. It's always good to know that you are the better driver, especially since your cars are so equal. An exhaust shop attendent told me that some of the V6 Mustangs have 4 catalytic converters. Do you know if this is true?

i doubt it. i was at a shop the other day when some guy was picking up his mustang and they DO have 4 oxygen sensors
