hey guys,
just wanted to ask you all what were the biggest injectors that ever came on any r33 stock. i am assuming that they were on the gt-r and i think if memory serves me correctly that they were 440 cc injectors. some guy in the 3kgt section is saying that he is making 750 hp with those injectors and i do not think he really knows what he is talking about or he is lieing, just wanted to make sure. thanks :)

The R33 GTS25t RB25 uses 370cc (side feed) and the R33 GTR RB26 uses 440cc (top feed) injectors. Even assuming it's the 440's, there's really no way they could support 750hp. A good rule of thumb, is that you need 1 cc for every hp. So, 440cc injectors should be able to support somewhere around 440hp. Usually, you tend to expect less then more (mainly so you don't start to run lean), although you can get a little more by having an uprated fuel pump and pressure regulator set at a higher pressure. However, at 750hp (70% over the ~440hp rough estimate!), the figure is to high for only stock injectors.

that is what i thought, thanks :)
i have heard that 1 hp per cc estimate before, does that assume 80% idc and say 92 octane or what? anyway, thanks again.
