None Electronic Transmission

My 85 735I transmission will not shift when it is cold, evry mornining i have to wait 10 to 15 minuts before i drive it
i changed fluid and filter no luck
any clue.thanks

Hi, I have the same problem, only when the weather is cold, I changed trany fluid and cleaned filter, still no luck, stays in 1st gear, no indication on dash board as to if in park or drive, changed sensor indicator for gear shifter positioning, dead ended yet again, let me know how you get on as this is an anoying problem you would agree.
