97 Taurus Problems

My 97 Taurus is having problems:
1. My wipers will not turn off after I turn them on unless I turn the car off. They only work in low and high as well (no intermittent)

2. My horn quit working

3. My cruise control no longer works.

I was thinking that I could find something in common with all three and replace it and solve the problem if I'm lucky. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. (I was thinking it was a relay of some sort)

Have you checked for any blown fuses?

I've checked my fuses but no luck. It all started when my roommate went to start my car for me while I was out of town and set off my alarm(forgot to use the keyless entry). He called and said the horn had been going off for a whille and then it all of a sudden quit. I got back in town, it no longer worked neither did the cruise control. Any ideas?

Did you check the maxi fuses in the engine compartment too?

Someone disconnected the wiring harness under the dash to kill the horn, or... if you live in a damp environment the contacts are corroded on either the harness or the slip rings in the coulomb.
