The rear mount will be very agrivating to install but the others are cake. You will notice after they are installed that the dash and steering wheel will shake alot at idle b/c the dampining of the rubber mounts has been reduced. Just a heads up so you expect it ;)

I hated having all the inserts installed. The car will vibrate a lot more, I would only recommend them if your having problems tearing up stock mounts. Only insert is in the front mount, rest are stock. The only good thing was reduced wheel hop, not that it's a concern for street driving.

Just Ask Energy ....ive Heard There Floating Around Somewhere Altho I Havent Seen Them In Play..you Dont Need Inserts On A Tranny Mount Anyways..the Tourqe Mounts Are All That Make The Diff. Most Generally Those Are Serviced With New Mounts Like You Would Use For A Swap...azrace ,placeracing Blah Blah ...you Can Always Make Your Own If You Wanted ..its A 2 Stage Compound That Makes Eurathane..you Simply Remove Your Rubber ..mix It Up And Pour Her In..sort-of-speak.....

I have read a post of having a some kind of a glass sealer as a filler for the mounts. i think it was made by 3m and they said it worked pretty good.
Now, ill just have to find that site....

For the mounts they're talking about in that link, it's worth a shot. But for regular motor mounts (drivers side, passenger side, and rear), I wouldn't use anything other than a quality mount insert. You really don't even need those 2 extra front mounts.

did my torque mounts today, except i used duct tape one the flat side to seal it off and then just loaded it with window weld. Ill post my thoughts on it when i install them in the next couple days. very easy mod and cheap! and i was gunna do the rear mount just because, but i couldnt get it un bolted...
