rolling fender question

if you roll you fenders does it flare them out a bit??
i kinda want my fenders to flare out more then they do, i like the wider look but dont want a widebody kit

nope, all rollin them does is bend back the lip on the inside that the plastic inner fender covers attach to. i pulled my inner fender covers out, and rolled back the lip, and now i have 18 inch rims.
