weber carb stumbling when cold

Put a weber carb conversion on my 87 samurai. Problem is it wont idle smooth when cold, also stumbles and stutters when driving it cold. However runs perfect once it warms up. Fuel pump seems to be a little lacking when at idle. Would an electric fuel pump help? Choke closes and seems to work properly.

Hey, it sounds like you have the choke to rich, that would make it stumble when cold (because the choke is on) once it warms up though, yur choke turns off, and the rich condition is gone, therfore so is the stumble.
Now about your feul pump question, i would replace it with an electric, but make sure tthat you run a regulator
