eibach pro or progress springs?

looking to purchase some lowering springs for my 95 integra. just wanted to ask which springs will give me the smoothest ride ( keeping in mind that this will be an everyday car ) ? thnx

They are both nice springs, personally I would into some H&R's. Springs are nothing without the proper struts, any lowering needs aftermarket struts.
