Dashboard warning lights

Hello everyone I am new here. I have a question that I hope someone can help.
I have a 2002 Dodge Caravan 4 cyl. with about 27,500 miles.

A couple of months ago a amber color light, which looks like a water shut off valve displays on the Dashboard. Anyone have any ideas

I don't think it knows how dirty the car is but I will check the Washer fluid.

I know I have filled it and the light is still on.
