how 2 intercool a t1

i went on donovasn dodge site and it didint relal y explain it to me very well and specific to my car it was toward earilier models and if someone could explain to me about how to go about this and any intercooler they think is relativley good and cheep let me know or post sum liks of sites that have how to;s and such
