350 TBI Idle

I just put a new motor in about 6000 miles ago and have had idle problems ever since I have checked the timing several times any other opinions on what it could be?? I thought about turning up idle but can not figure out how to pull cap over screw out any suggestions?

If it helps i am having problems with it dying when I put it in gear or turn sharp while I move slowly.
